I love how volunteering can help you get much needed work experience.  There is something to be said about doing something for nothing in return.  Volunteering is a special thing that everyone should experience.  Even though the girls are not old enough for working quite yet, they are learning valuable things through volunteering in a community they will someday work in.  We wanted to take the time to remind you that volunteers are much needed in every community.  Make it a family event or do something you love.  Children and teens need your love and presence more than ever.   Our family helped at the local soup kitchen and It was heartbreaking how many families and teens are needing food.  Most of all, volunteering gives you a sense of fulfillment, that you gave a little of your time to help others in need.  I’ll note, here, that Hannah is volunteering in the Children’s department at our Church and will be certified at the hospital as well.  Anyone in need of childcare, don’t hesitate to call on Hayley or Hannah.  Looks like I have some great caregivers who can help.  They do enjoy getting paid for it, but also really love the opportunity to serve, even if they don’t get paid.
